What is Preconception? Preconception refers to the woman’s health before she becomes pregnant.

In this context, we refer to Preconception as the physical and energetic purification of a woman before she becomes pregnant. We refer to Fertility as the stage of Conception and explore the ways to maximize Fertility. We also explore the best ways to support the Being the mother carries during Pregnancy and how to align to the frequency of the Being.

The concept of a Being is distinct from the concept of a person. When we are aware of the difference between Being and person, we see the preconception of a baby in another way.
