REFUND POLICY

Sessions: There are no refund on sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance and on sessions that have been given.

Classes: There are no refunds on classes but the cost can be applied to other classes.

Herbal blends: All purchases of herbal blends are non-refundable. A lot of costs goes into the herbs which come from different parts of the world, the packaging, labeling and shipping.

EXCHANGES

• Products must have been unused and shipping packaging unopened.

• The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken (in these sizes only) in order to qualify for an echange

• Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to exchange for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within Canada, the US, and internationally. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the shipping company when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
