Often times, we perceive our lives through fragmented lens, which can lead to looking for solutions that often act as a band-aid rather than as a vehicle leading us to the very heart of our challenges. Krishnamurti once said that, “as long as there is fragmentation, there is conflict”.

That statement rings especially true when on the journey of self-healing. Both Ancient Eastern & Western wisdom, along with Ecology and certain branches of Science have demonstrated that the nature of life is undeniably interdependent.

The body is a perfect example of an interdependent system. It is comprised of many biological systems that interact and depend on one another. In order to be in a healthy body, all systems must work as a whole in unison. In fact, the word “whole” means to be healthy and sane, but it also means to be holy.

Whether you are recovering from a physical injury, overcoming an illness, healing from emotional/psychological trauma, experiencing a spiritual crisis, or simply wanting to enhance and deepen your life experience; it is beneficial to observe both the inner landscapes (psychological, spiritual, emotional) and the outer landscapes (physical, environmental) of the self. Thus, considering the whole of the human experience.

Holistic living is a way of life that supports our many needs through consciously integrating our Spiritual, Psychological, Emotional, and Physical life. A holistic lifestyle is not an end unto itself, but a lifetime journey that requires continuous healing work, self-awareness, self-love, determination, patience, and perseverance.

Like many who are called into the Healing Arts, Mama Oracle’s early life was both beautiful and traumatic. As a child she experienced, amongst several other things, molestation, emotional and mental abuse, bullying, rejection, anxiety, and battled an eating disorder (binge-eating) that later on turned into hypoglycemia. It was during this time that she noticed a pattern between herself and the people who approached her for assistance. Inquisitive by nature, Mama Oracle connected the dots between her emotional/psychological wounds, her eating disorder, her lack of self-worth, and began to deepen her spiritual practice. She chose to heed the call and enter her life’s work by moving from a state of victimhood to that of acceptance, empowerment, and inspired action.

An avid reader, she dedicated most of her time to reading on Spirituality, Holistic Health, Astrology/Numerology, Esotericism, and Alternative Healing. Her innate sense of conviction and connection to the great mystery of life acted as the well from which she drew inspiration, courage and strength to seek out the tools, trainings, and practices that would launch her into her full potential.

Today, with years of practical experience under her belt, she works with many who are seeking to find balance and healing in their lives. As a certified Usui & Kemetic Reiki Master, Teacher and Practitioner, Spiritual Counselor, Spiritual Leader, Doula, and Medicine Woman, she combines a variety of modalities from Alternative and Energy Medicine, to provide a comprehensive and holistic healing experience.

She believes that the role of the healer is that of a channel who holds space and provides fundamental tools for the individual to feel empowered, supported, understood, and in charge of their own healing.
